Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT)

We captured the scents reminding the Abruzzo hills in springtime. It is here that the Rosato Fonte Venna finds its habitat. From red grapes vinified without skins, fragrant and cheerful, best with aperitifs, cured meats and first courses.

Altitude of Vineyards: 432 mt. asl

Vineyards Exposure: the vineyards are excellently situated facing north, northwest

Soil Composition: mixed clayey-calcareous

Grapes: 100% Montepulciano

Number of vines per hectare: 1.600-4.500

Crop yield: 100 q/ha

Harvest: handpicked, from 1 to 5 October

Fermentation: stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, after a short maceration on the skins

Aging: stainless steel for 3 months
