We captured the scents reminding the Abruzzo hills in springtime. It is here that the Pecorino Fonte Venna finds its habitat. Ideal as an aperitif or with white meats and fish courses.

Altitude of Vineyards: 432 mt. asl

Vineyards Exposure: Southeast/Southwest

Soil Composition: clayey-calcareous

Grapes: 100% Pecorino

Number of vines per hectare: 1.600 to 4.000

Crop yield: 100 q/ha

Harvest: handpicked, at the end of August

Fermentation: stainless steel, at a controlled temperature

Aging: bottle for 3 months
